Gregory Knoll, Ph.D.

Greg received his B.Sc. in Biopsychology and Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara (Goleta, CA, USA) and the City University of New York (NY, USA). He received his M.Sc. in Computational Neuroscience from the Technical Univesity in Berlin (Germany). Greg received a Ph.D. in theoretical physics at the Humboldt University of Berlin (Berlin, Germany) focusing on network dynamics and information coding in recurrent neural networks. Greg joined the Decision Circuits Lab in July 2022 as a postdoctoral researcher. His research focuses on cortical neural dynamics underlying decision-making using large-scale recordings.
